Processing time
We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery within South Africa typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Pre-order items
Our Self-Care Sanctuary Set (and any other items marked "Pre-Order") is freshly sourced for each seasonal campaign and ships separately from in-stock items. Pre-order items will ship by the date listed on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may arrive in separate parcels, and the pre-order portion may take longer to reach you.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Delivery issues
While we work with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery, we're not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control (e.g. load-shedding, weather, customs). Address accuracy
